PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLING IN ANY COURSE OFFERED BY TWACHALOGY INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE PRIVATE LTD.

By enrolling in any course or accessing the digital or physical platforms of Twachalogy International Institute Private Ltd. (“Twachalogy,” “we,” “our,” or “the Institute”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all applicants, students, or users of our services.

🎓 Course Selection and Enrolment

  • The selection of courses and training packages is the sole responsibility of the applicant based on individual interest, career goals, and independent evaluation.

  • Course fees and structure may vary based on applicant background, chosen program, mode of delivery (online/offline), and applicable offers.

  • Twachalogy does not guarantee outcomes such as certifications, job placements, or practice licenses based solely on enrolment.

💳 Fees & Refund Policy

  • All fees once paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Medical emergencies (self or family).

    • Natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics.

    • Delay or extension of course duration.

  • Each lecture/session (online or offline) is valued at ₹2,500, and your admission includes access to such lectures in a scheduled format.

  • Admissions are non-transferable and non-cancellable post confirmation.

🏦 Education Loan Disclaimer

  • Twachalogy may share information about external loan providers for educational financing purposes.

  • Applicants are solely responsible for verifying the terms, interest rates, and repayment structures of such services.

  • Twachalogy is not liable for any disputes, rejections, or defaults associated with education loans, whether availed through the institute’s partners or independently.

🔐 Data Protection and Intellectual Property

  • All course-related materials, including videos, audios, PDFs, notes, PPTs, contact lists, and any internal documentation, are confidential and copyrighted.

  • Sharing, distributing, or reproducing this material in any format without written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of access, potential legal action, and full responsibility for any costs incurred, including legal expenses.

⚖️ Code of Conduct

  • Any applicant found misbehaving, misleading, or engaging in defamatory conduct—online or offline—against:

    • Other students,

    • Trainers or lecturers,

    • Institute staff,

    • Or the brand name of Twachalogy International Institute Pvt. Ltd.,
      may face disciplinary action, including expulsion and defamation proceedings, at the applicant’s cost.

💼 Job Assistance & Career Guidance

  • Twachalogy is a private educational institute, not a university, medical college, or deemed university.

  • Our programs are aimed at skill development in the health, beauty, and wellness industries.

  • While we provide job guidance, we do not guarantee national or international job placement.

  • Any verbal assurances made by counselors beyond these terms will not be honored.

⚠️ Certification Note:

  • Certificates issued are not licenses to practice medical or injectable procedures like Botox, Fillers, Hair Transplants, etc.
  • Such procedures must be performed only by qualified MBBS doctors or as per prevailing laws and regulations.

📝 Document Requests & Verification

  • Requests for extra documentation (e.g., marksheets, appraisal letters, certificate verification) are subject to a processing fee of ₹11,000/-.

  • Document authenticity is verified only via official Twachalogy email communication.

  • We do not release confidential institutional information to recruitment agencies or third parties. All such decisions are at the discretion of the management.

📧 Communication & Support

  • For queries related to admissions, fees, classes, practicals, certifications, or learning:

  • Phone or verbal commitments are not legally binding unless confirmed in writing by the Institute.

🤝 Collaborated Courses Admission Terms

  • Twachalogy collaborates with recognized universities, councils, and institutions to offer specialized programs.

  • These courses are governed by the terms of the respective body. Twachalogy does not guarantee admission, certification, or placement under their name.

  • If the applicant is enrolled through us into any third-party affiliated course, all future correspondence must be directly with the relevant body.

📋 Legal and Compliance

  • All applicants confirm that they have read and understood the full set of terms and conditions at the time of enrolment.

  • Terms are non-negotiable and may be updated periodically without prior notice.

  • Any dispute shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.

💬 Final Acknowledgment

By submitting the application and enrolling in any course, the applicant:

  • Acknowledges receipt of all terms, conditions, and policies.

  • Understands the nature and scope of services offered by Twachalogy.

  • Accepts all legal responsibilities and implications as detailed herein.
